Its a great poem Jerry, I love it. Too many people piss and moan about the trivialities in their bland lives. And you are cheerful because you have a life at all.

...I found it to be a beautiful poem...certainly not in what you suffered, but rather, in what you "gained" through your suffering and am able to share it with pride so others may not make the same bad choices...you truly have a gifted soul
