honey you are not fat! you don't even qualify as big and beautiful . I am 5, 8 and 140 lbs. That mite sound hard to get used to, but I got over it.
If you want some confidence girl ill tell you what I did that boosted my confidence.
#1) I stopped weighing myself daily. You are not a number you are beuatiful you.

#2)I started eating exactly from the Canada food guide and counting calories. www.mealographer.com I felt better when knew what I was putting into my mouth.

#3) I didn't resrtict myslef. All the rest of the day I ate super healthy. Except for a sweet (nothing heavy) I'll have 2 cookies, or a small bag of mike and ikes. moderation helped me with self control. This way I wouldn't binge at the end of the day or week.

#4) I excercised but I did stuff I love! to do. I love to play tennis and I love free running. So I did that for aboiuut 2 1-2 hours a day. reccomend is 30 minutes ot an hour a day. so you can do somehting you love too.

doing these things I actually lost weight! all my other dieting plans which only lastted me till lunch never weorked. and i would end up gaining weight. low carb, no breakfast, no lunch, only vegatable diets. nothing worked for me because these were acts out of self confidence. Remeber you are a year younger than me so I definately know what your going through. folow these steps and you will have more energy and maybe lose weight before november. but most imnportantly you will have way more confidence I rpomise you.

It depends on the size of your frame and how fit you are. Your frame is your bone size. It really is possible to be "big boned" rather than fat. If you can easily wrap your thumb and pointer finger around your wrist so that they meet in the form of ring, than you are small framed and you are probably a little chubbly but not medically overweight. If your fingers almost meet, but not quite, than you have a medium frame, and you are a perfect weight. If they don't even come close to meeting, than you have a large frame, and you are medically underweight. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are very fit you will be several inches thinner all over, compared to someone who weighs less than you but has very little muscle mass. Inches and muscle mass are much more important than weight. If you want to lose weight, count calories. It's very easy to cut calories in all sorts of ways if you just become aware of how many you are eating. You can cut a huge amount of calories per day by replacing sugary drinks, including 100% fruit juice, with calorie free drinks like water, seltzer, diet soda, or diet drink powders. Either way, no matter what your frame or activity level, 135 is not medically overweight for your height.

If your BMI is within a healthy range, then you are not fat. You're not going to like hearing this but the only way to healthily loose weight is diet and exercise. Just like what you've heard since you were born. Reduced calories and increased exercise is what it will take. Don't expect an extremely noticable change by November though. A month is not a long time. And please don't try any "fad diets." Ones like the lemonade diet and the cabage soup diet are gross and bad for you. Good luck, and I'm sure you're beautiful.

Youre fit honey. If your overall health is good, dont stress over it. I am 5'8" and I am 160.... I have maintained this for a long time because I got curves in all the right places. Some might consider 160 is obese, but for my height and body type, you cant tell. Unless you are going for the toothpick look, dont lose weight, especially at age 12.

I think you are very tall for your age, and hear people say you are "big" for 13. But do not mistake big - for tall like they do.
You sound like a good weight for your height, I imagine your still growing too.
I recommend exercise for tone and good distribution of weight in all the right places. And eat a healthy diet of lots of veggies and fruit. Avoid any soda or food with high fructose corn syrup, (that won't be easy I'm afraid).
Good luck
