Is it o.k. to put a wood burning stove into a fireplace and just open the flue each time you use it. I'm looking to use wood this year instead of Propane. The propane costs me a fortune and the fireplace just doesn't heat at all.

I have an 01 accord 4 dr. the transmission went out once at 58k miles and it was replaced for free because it was under factory warranty. Now its at 109k miles and the transmission is starting to act up again. But it is very hard to tell. only certain times in the morning it revs up.

I have a feeling it is going to get worse. Should I invest in a new car right now or should I put a new transmission in this one. I dont believe in putting money into the car once its past 100k but at the same time If I were to buy a new car right now I will be streching myself pretty thin financially.

And yes I am aware of the factory recall on all 01 accords and this is not covered under that recall.

I wanted to transfer to Georgetown University, i was hoping if someone could tell me the "requirements'...like what type of gpa I should have or anything else I should do to better my chances into getting accepted to transfer there....I am a student at Rutgers right now. Adding to the requirements, what are the chances of receiving a scholarship to go there after I transfer, that is if i make it?

i also wanted to know if it were possible to apply there after my freshman year at Rutgers, after my first 2 semesters...meaning i'd apply the summer of 08. i just needed some help, thanks

We have a Baby Yorkie who is 4 months old. We got him around a month ago. At first, he had both ears down and looked normal. A week or so passed and he kept his right ear up and left ear down, and now he has left ear up and right ear down. He is well and is doing fine, its just he keeps one ear up and one down, whats going on?!

The other night, I had this dream. Unlike most of my dreams, I can
vividly recall the details. Weird, huh?

In my dream, I first received a telephone call from someone who told mehe was the one I called names in Yahoo Answers, and whom I publicly challenged to a fistfight. Then, he came into my office and was arranging for an appointment on where and when. I told him the time and he could choose the place. Then, I was coming out the office, going home and it was late,completely forgetting the appointment. But he was there outside, and Itold him if we could postpone it to some other day. He looked really disappointed, and said something about how gentlemen should not overlookappointments of this nature. And so, even though I was really looking forward to a quiet dinner and a good night's rest, I said, "Ok. We do it."

He had a car, driven by someone I knew. We rode up front, I in the
middle and him by the side window.

In my limited time being alive (22 years) I have started to regard any form of truth being construed to a degree where it is basically situational. I've been researching logic, and am wondering if truth in itself is a fallacy? With as many variables and chaos the Earth has, how can one reason truth out of scenarios constantly under change?

Went into early labor last night. Did not progress enough, but some. Went from a 1cm 20% effaced to a 2cm 50% effaced. Contractions were 5 min apart. Then went to 7. They sent me home. Doing the waiting game now. I am 36 weeks and 4 days. How close am I? Will walking help me? My head hurts most.

so im with my b/f for about 7 yrs and have a 2 yrd old daughter..and im really frustrated that his niece whose 15 disrespects me by rolling her eyes or by mocking me..i would say something but if i do her mom(who is my b/f's sister) will hate me forever..do i say something to my b/f or do i leave it alone..im getting to the point where i wanna snap on her..what should i do..basically if u say something to his family and they dont agree or dont like what u said they will hate u and talk about u forever!
