The other night, I had this dream. Unlike most of my dreams, I can
vividly recall the details. Weird, huh?

In my dream, I first received a telephone call from someone who told mehe was the one I called names in Yahoo Answers, and whom I publicly challenged to a fistfight. Then, he came into my office and was arranging for an appointment on where and when. I told him the time and he could choose the place. Then, I was coming out the office, going home and it was late, completely forgetting the appointment. But he was there outside, and Itold him if we could postpone it to some other day. He looked really disappointed, and said something about how gentlemen should not overlookappointments of this nature. And so, even though I was really looking forward to a quiet dinner and a good night's rest, I said, "Ok. We do it."

He had a car, driven by someone I knew. We rode up front, I in the
middle and him by the side window.

He had a car, driven by someone I knew. We rode up front, I in the
middle and him by the side window. And I could feel his tough muscles
when we were pressed close. I was a mite bigger, but I knew this was
a hard guy to beat.

The villa we went to was a place I knew, too. And realized the man belonged to the same Brotherhood I was in. But the boxing ring was occupied, and we have to wait.

Now comes the weird part of the dream. While we were waiting, he went into the trance mode and transformed himself into a Lilliputian figure that performed unbelievable stunts in a portrait-like Aquarium on the wall. Now, in my dream, this was a normal Ninja thing with us,designed
to intimidate the other party, when he watches what the other could do.
And he was really good!

But I was really hungry, so I banged on the wall, saying we don't need
to wait for the boxing ring to be free. We could do it anywhere outside
the villa grounds. But he was still doing Jet Li numbers.

So I really BANGED harder on the wall, and his doll-like figure fell, which I grabbed and with a kitchen scoop, mashed his head repeatedly with the handle. He turned limp and the face into something like that of anyone who saw the monster in the "Ring", or the poor, melted chocolate giant in Shrek.

So, what could this dream mean?

Did you actually get into a fight online with someone on Answers, or did you just dream you did? If so, perhaps it was adrenaline related, even when someone is miles away, and verbally getting into it with you online, you can still have the fight or flight response, if that is the case, perhaps you were just trying to digest all that in your dream, and as you noted in your dream, fighting with someone is not a healthy pursuit, where eating and resting are. It also sounds like you knew you really needed to let the whole thing go, but you were having trouble doing so to a point of having to be forcible about telling your mind to calm down and release it... Sounds like you were basically trying to come down from an adrenaline rush.... Interesting that he intimidated you some at the beginning of the dream, but during the dream you "brought him down to size" so to speak, and diminished his ability to threaten you....

I was thinking that you had a script for a hit movie on Comedy Central until you got to the part about feeling his muscles. After that you just kinda took a leap into hyperspace. Not sure what that could possibly mean. It is definitely "over the edge" though.

This dream has a lot of stuff. If I had this dream, I would wonder if my behavior is inconsistent with my feelings.

In a nutshell, something you are opposed to and are willing to fight you also admire.

I would ponder on my "Orient" (Jet Li) -ation
