if we travel faster than light..wats the impact on time?...can one go beyond a particular time?

If you watch superman the movie, then you would know that he flew around the world counter clockwise(at light speed) back in time. Then flew clockwise to return to the period in which he left. Thus proving beyond a reasonable doubt that it is indeed possible to travel in time if you are superman.
Oh yeah, the Enteriprise (TOS) did it in an episode also.

JohnFrom is correct,I will add that, if you want to travel at the speed of light you must become light.
