While I was doing a customer's makeup (I am a makeup artist), my coworker kept asking me to use my phone. Since I was in the middle of something, I gave her the phone so that she would stop interupting my customer. My coworker then said thanks and left to go home. Long story short, she put my cell phone in my customer's purse. I have no way to call this customer, only an address that may be outdated. So far, she has not returned my cell phone. What would you do?

My husband in the AF (tech school right now) but I am not living with him, We are really behind in debt and I wanted him to look into talking to someone on base about possible bankruptcy or just financial counseling since it would be cheaper than hiring someone here. Someone on base told him not to talk to anyone because if anyone knew he had financial hardships, he would be discharged, but I have no clue if this information is correct. I would think it would be better to get it out in the open since they would find out if we declared bankruptcy but I don't want to get him into trouble just for asking random possible questions. Also it might show that we are trying to deal with it instead of ignoring it. It would also be easier for him to talk to someone there since people here might not know how to deal with the military and bankruptcy at the same time.

I am PAC because I'm against his title reign, moveset, and gimmick. I think he's a nice guy and have always said that. I want to learn how to lead climb. I am very proficient at top roping climbs up to 5.10. I know how to belay, set up top rope anchors on outdoor cliffs, and I have a very basic knowledge of the tools used with lead climbing. I have access to a climbing wall that is part of my schools fitness center. The wall has quick links placed on it for lead climbing, but there is no one here that knows how to lead climb. I am asking if it is possible (read not stupid) to be able for me and a few friends to teach ourselves how to lead climb. Does it matter what kind of rope we use, static or dynamic? Do we need any other equipment besides that which is needed for top roping? Is there any information I need to know before I jump on the wall, (GOOD internet sites, books, . . . )?

Wouldn't you find Islam to be not very...compatible with us?

I've always viewed us as a progressive, free-minded people. Islam is strictly conservative in many cases, and this is reflected through some of those who practice it (that old dog Khomeini not being the least of them).

I've never considered Islam to suit us and our cultural "mindset", if you will. But what do you think?

The Coffin

(Sorry for this one being soooo long)


A man was walking home alone late one foggy night, when he hears


BUMP...


BUMP...


BUMP... behind him.




Walking faster, he looks back and through the fog he makes out the
image of an upright casket banging its way down the middle of the street
toward him


BUMP...




BUMP...




BUMP...




Terrified, the man begins to run toward his home, the casket
bouncing quic kly behind him




faster...




faster...




BUMP...




BUMP...




BUMP...




He runs up to his door, fumbles with his keys, opens the door,
rushes in, slams and locks the door behind him.






However, the casket crashes through his door, with the lid of the
casket clapping

on his heels the terrified man runs.




Rushing upstairs to the bathroom, the man locks himself in. His

There are people that are obsessed with tattling, pointing out infractions of rules (whether these rules be actual judicial laws or just matters of morality or etiquette), persecuting, accusing, disapproving and condemning other people. They are usually also totally uptight prudes that are offended by everything.
