i have PPO option with a $1500 deductible with co-insurance (no co-pay). What does co-insurance mean? Would I have to bear the expenses for the 1st $1500 I spend for my health treatment/prevention? This is too much for me to bear- this insurance is worse than what I had when I was in school

I work at a Licensed day care, and since it is State Licensed we are not allowed to put children in timeout. Instead we have to use a method called "positive redirecting." Which means if Little Johnny is jumping on top of the table, we take him down and say "its not nice to jump on the table. how about we play with trucks instead?" If you know anything about children you would know that with stubborn children this theory will not work.

I am so suprised that it is now against state law to put a child in timeout. The only thing positve redirecting is teaching them is that there isn't any consiquence for their actions.

So what do you think? Are you for or against timeout?

Parents, how would you feel if you went into your childs daycare and seen him/her in time out?

What if your child was being bullied repeatedly and all that happened to the bully was "positve redirecting?"

I would really love to hear the imput of parents. Thank you.

I've heard about High School Musical 3 auditions. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it or knew any sites that it had casting requirements (age, ect). i thought i saw a commercial that showed a bathroon tile cleaner, but in a gel form, im not sure if it was clorox brand, but it was something that wasnt as watery as regular everyday cleaners, and did a great job, does anyone remember something similar to this, or knows a good thick cleaner that u could leave sitting in between the tiles for a while??

I've had a problem with not being as big or strong or strangely enough hairier as most kids, but I don't really know how to overcome the jealousy of kids who are. Don't get me wrong, I work out alot and am involved in several different sports. I have a muscular body but am pretty short, which makes other people look down on me, no matter how strong I am. I know that I could just keep working out until I'm gigantic, but I need some kind of positive reinforcement to show myself that I'm still worth it to people no matter how big they are. Help?

ok well i have this girl cousin and well i am sorta attached to her. No REDNECK OR ANYTHING, DONT BE IGNORANT! Anyways, everytime i see her i can not help but smile, and she smiles occasionally. I dont know wy, but i try my hardest at times to not smile but then i bust out laugghing. I dont know why but when i know shes coming over, or when i get to see her i get excited, idk why just do. I feel like she is somebody important in my life, family wise, and something esle. Sometimes i fantasize(no incest) about her, but when i see her in person i cant even think to fantazise about it. Why is this? I really sometimes want to spend the day and hang with her but i cant bc then it would just seem kinda weird for me to hang with her. Sometimes i want to have her tomyself, GOD! why do i act like this.


NOW DONT GO SAYING, "Ewww thats your cousin u perv" well i need a mature advice she has said her fair shair and done a fair shair of things to me also. But her and i have had bf's and gf's.
