Ronald Reagan. If Reagan had been President on 9/11, we would have went after Afghanistan only. As for Iraq, Reagan would have told Saddam to knock off the crap or face the consequences regarding the UN resolutions. Saddam would have complied because he would have known that President Reagan would not fool around with him.

Reagan. Period. We were in a serious bind 27 years ago. The economy was stagnant, yet we had double-digit inflation, double-digit unemployment, fuel prices were going up fast, & our military was weak. Thanks to Pres. Reagan, we pulled out of that mess & economically beat the USSR to end the Cold War. The economic/technological booms of the 1980's & the 1990's would have not have otherwise happened. We could use another 'Reagan' now...
