My husband was driving down a residentual street and a lady backed out of her driveway and backed into him. The back of her car hit the side of his truck.
Who's at fault and who gets the ticket??

The police gave my husband the ticket. They didnt' see the accident and claimed he was speeding. My husband said he wasn't.
The cop gave my husband a ticket for improper passing and the lady didnt' get a ticket.
Shouldn't it be the other way around. Shouldn't the lady get the ticket?

If you were a boss and one of your employees is not too punctual but performs excellently (knows and does the job very well), would you still fire him/her?

FOR BOYS:
If you are a cheerful person then suddenly today you got sad suddenly then you have something to ask to a person with a companion then you ask the his or her companion answered a very irritating statement even though he or she is not the one you're asking. Then you said "I'm not talking to you" seriously and nicely. Then he or she slapped or punched in your biceps or your arm. Then you gave him or her a slapped also because he or she hit you badly.

1.)If she was a girl (a flirty B*tch) would you still slapped her?
2.) If you already slapped her is it right to apologize?
3.) then if she went to your friend and said you are gay....would you get mad?
4.) how would you respond to this proverb "If you're hurt fight for yourself" and a the rule "never hurt a girl"?
because if you don't fight you are gay but if you hurt your enemy ,a girl, your still gay

I have been offered the chance by to go to Vegas with a group of friends in December for 4 nights to watch the Ricky Hatton fight. Flights, hotel and fight ticket will cost approx £600 (not including beer/casino money), this is a fair bit for a 4 night holiday and involves a total of 30 hours travelling, however I am aware that this could well be the trip of a lifetime.

So my question is, is it worth it??!!!

My friend said he lost his library card, because they said he wasn't using the internet right. Do they monitor where everyone goes online?

He wanted me to go with him to use mine so he can get online there, so I'm just curious.

He's not allowed to use my computer, because he always puts viruses on it.

Thanks in advance.

The Oystercard is the London travel pass for bus, tube and rail.

I plan to use the card as follows over 5 days during peak and off-peak hours:

1/2 day
2 full days
1 trip from the airport
1 trip to the airport

2 days right in the middle we'll be out of town so I didn't want to buy a 7day travelcard.

We'll be doing our own sightseeing vs. guided tours so we will be using the cards at least 3 or 4 times a day.

Since the daily cap is 6 British pounds ($12 USD) should I load it with 30 BP/$60, or a little less?

I know I can buy a daily card or cards when I get there, but I don't want the hassle of checking balances every day, adding value, keeping track of cards, etc. I can order the Oyster card now and have it before we get there. The main reason I want the card now is so I can have most things paid for in advance and not have to worry about our last-minute budget and scrambling for things upon arrival.

Thanks!

This is for a school assignment so any opinions are appreciated. I'm doing some sort of a poll. The question is:

Should teenagers in Australia be tried as adults for serious offences?

You may simply answer yes or no but however, any explanation on why you chose this answer is appreciated.

Mind you, I will select a best answer - if that will attract more opinions from people...
