we say in Egypt : " wish you wake up fine"
تصبح على خير
in Arabic
and you can say it like this" tesbah ala kher"

im from nc - its prolly the same,however, we tend to shorten things - like - if i was saying goodnight to my parents - i'd say "night,love ya'll". i leave the good off. thats the only variation i can think of at the moment.
