You need what's called a KVM switch. They're very inexpensive and will also allow you to share 1 mouse and 1 keyboard too if so desired.
KVM switches can be purchased just about anywhere you can buy a PC.

Either a video switch box. A KVM will also give you a single keyboard and mouse to deal with.
Or get a monitor with dual inputs. More expensive, but may be cheaper than a monitor + a KVM switch.
Cheap switches also can create video problems.

Why should you want to do this?
2 Monitors to one PC is OK if you have the facility but 2 PCs to one monitor would mean only one at a time.
