I have been offered the chance by to go to Vegas with a group of friends in December for 4 nights to watch the Ricky Hatton fight. Flights, hotel and fight ticket will cost approx £600 (not including beer/casino money), this is a fair bit for a 4 night holiday and involves a total of 30 hours travelling, however I am aware that this could well be the trip of a lifetime.
So my question is, is it worth it??!!!

I think you said it. This could well be the trip of a lifetime. We get a few chances in life to do something that we really want to just because it sounds like fun. If you do not go, you will be thinking about it continually while your friends are there. Also, you will have to listen about stories about it forever. I think you should go. If it sucks, all you loose is some money and four days. But if you don't, you never know what you might lose.

Go for it. I live 4 hours away and make sure I make the trip a few times a year. But for a trip you may never see again....Not just for the casinos, lights, fight, clubs and experience, you will be able to go to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. There are many trips offered from the hotels to these places daily, they are turn around bus trips and worth the experience if you may never make it back

Yes yes yes! I went to Vegas a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it! 4 days is about enough for Vegas any longer and it could get boring esp if you dont gamble. Its well worth it just to see the casinos. The casinos all have their own themes and are spectacular. You can also do trips from Vegas to Grand canyon etc. Go for it and enjoy!

Hell yeah honey go for it! as long as I can come he he, no seriously it is very expensive and the trip of a lifetime??? yes but a lifetime is a lifetime you will have many many other opportunities to go I am sure!! I would love to go like you but if you can spare the money then go but I think with you asking the question on here I think you know the answer :0( sorry to be a spoilsport but you can go abroad for two weeks with that amount of cash.

i personally think it is worth it casinos just dont go to waste of time if short of cash but seeing the fight on tv is no where near the real thing plus theres of cheap things to las vegas gd luck and gd times!!!

whatever that simple means, I dont know, but if that is something you are interseted in, and you can afford it, I think it Would be fun. Though, It wont be very warm there in December.
