High School Musical 3 open casting call?

I've heard about High School Musical 3 auditions. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it or knew any sites that it had casting requirements (age, ect). Or how you auditions because I've also heard that you have to make a video. Is there any other way to audition? Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
