Seriously, I have a fantasy draft coming up and i need to make a decision between him and roethlisberger.

I drove past the middle school where I don't recall seeing flashing lights for the school zone...about 10-20 feet after the opposite facing school zone sign a cop comming in the opposite direction I was going made a uturn and pulled me over. He asked if I knew there was a school zone there and I answered yes because I put three children through the school. When I looked back the lights weren't on...so he went back wrote the ticket up saying I was 5 miles over the 25 flashing speed limit...and then said I was really going 45 which I thought possibly I was going 46 or 47 and that's why he pulled me over...then I asked him if there was times posted he said no and said the lights were flashing and pointed at the non-flashing lights...and he said "well they are out now". So I contacted the state police who sent me a fax saying that the time for the lights to come on was 7am and the time for the lights/speed limit stopped at 7:35am. My ticket says the incident occured at 7:43am...not guilty?

I am a mother to four gorgeous kids all of whom i carried while working as a barmaid. I myself didnt smoke while pregnant but still inhaled the halmful toxins due to the nature of my job. My youngest daughter was born in April, 3mths before the smoking ban and i was wondering what others think about this ban?

My mom is planning to buy the car during the DUH sale.
She either wants the Tuscon or the Santa Fe.

I know the Tuscon has a 4 cylinder engine which is what she wants.
What kind of engine does the Santa Fe have?
I saw that it's V6 what does that mean?

When disasters happen in Christian areas is it because God was answering the prayers of Christians to strike down homosexuals?

Did He know there was one in there somewhere, lob in a disaster to take him out and harvest all the heterosexuals nearby as peripheral damages?

Christians, you tell us countless times daily God is going to strike down non-believers and Rapture you up.

Are you trying to hedge your bets by praying for it?

everything... from the bills. to our kid having recurring tonsilitis....to not having sex... {i want to ,, he does not}}.... the arguements..
he says it is that he is stressed about the money and bills.. then turns around and blames it all on me...
i have tried talking to him about everything, from money to sex. and kids, and everything else... we are getting nowhere fast....
our relationship started so great.. what is happening??? i try every day with him.. it seems the more i try the more he pulls back... what the heck??? i threatened to leave yesterday if things dont change... then it turned into a really nasty argument... i dont know what to do..... there are 2 people here, i know marriage is an effort every single day.. but where is his effort? what can i do??

i mean.. if i buy a domain name.. who will put up my desired content? will it be me to do all the job? or is there a wizard or ready made layout for me? i mean im still no good at web developing and web designing...

So yeah, I had tennis elbow (never played tennis in my life, funnily enough) it was from hyper extending + carrying extremely heavy objects in an extremely stupid way...

Anyway I pretty much ignored it, got on with life...Now (a week later) my forearm is extremely HOTand SWOLLEN (mainly the large muscle between elbow & wrist) and keeps going 'dead' (wrist too) and looks a little bruised (not external bruising from any kind of trauma) on inside forearm....

Not going back to physio! (just recovered from knee surgery) so looking for some advice or just hearing from anyone who has had anything similar. Thanks

I have been trying to get the courage to leave my abusive husband for months now but i am so scared of the unknown starting a new life on my own away from my family and everything i know also i am worried about finances as i have no money as im not allowed to work or have money of my own. Also i have a 3 year old daughter and it means me settling her into a new nursery and im 12 weeks pregnant and im scared of going through my pregnancy alone or if something serious goes wrong with me or baby when i have my daughter to look after. the situation im in my head is so muddled i need to get out as situation is getting worse i dont know where to start and what to do about the pregnancy. I want the baby just very very scared at the minute.

Ok, so, when I started driving, I was SOOO excited and my dad got me a car that was "supposed" to be temporary. Then, about two years later, my sister got her license and it was time for her to drive a car. But she's scared to drive anywhere other than down the street to her school and she hates driving. My dad is going to get her a car but I think my dad should just give her my "temporary" car and I should get the new car. I'm older, I like driving, and my car was supposed to be temporary. She hates driving and I'll be driving the most so WHY would she get the new car? Does anyone think this is fair???

Hi, my Grade 8 son who loves everything to do with computers is being home schooled for one year before starting Grade 9. He has done several games programming 'camps' which were successful, and I thought that studying a proper programming language might be fun for him. I found some books in our local bookshop - "C++ made simple" which looked like he could handle them (he's a good reader). So my question is, would this be a good program for him to learn? If so, what book would you experts recommend? BTW, our computer runs WIndows Vista. Thanks a lot!

I am planning to quit my job because I am getting married next month. Most of my co-workers know about this. My manager was on vacation and today is the first day I will see her since I set my wedding date. When she finds out (if she hasn't already), she may be expecting me to request that weekend off. If I don't and she mentions it, she will find out I am planning to quit the company. At my last job they fired anyone who openly planned to quit. Should I worry about losing my job today? (Not that I would mind if I did, I'm only waiting out to cover a vacation next month....)
