Which would you say is better? I had Miracle at the office for the last few weeks, but when it ran out, I went and got Hellmans... I find that it tastes so much better. Your opinion...

First, let's assume heaven

a) is sin free
b) allows free will
(I think most christians would agree with both of these)

Therefore, free will can't automatically lead to sin.

If God can create somewhere which allows total free will but still prevents people sinning, why didn't he make earth like that?

You have three wishes.

Now, we all know teh first things that come to mind: eternal peace, end of war and world hunger, etc

What I'm asking is if the world was somehow miracalously ok, and you could only use your three wishes to AFFECT DIRECTLY YOURSELF, what would they be?

one of mine would be a lovely singing voice.
Stuffs like that

My 8 year old was diagnosed with adhd. I first caught wind of it when he was 4 but that was 2 young He is constantly on the go, can't sit still for more than 2-3mins, can't pay attention and it is affecting his school work (and some of his daily life) tremendously. He started his focalin today. I cried after giving it to him because I don't really believe in medicating children, and I didn't want to do it but I also know that he needs to calm down and focus in order to be able to do good in school. I tried everything from discipline, to buying him eyeglasses thinking maybe he had vision problems and couldn't see the board in school. I was basically trying to get around the truth, knowing what the real problem was. My question is has anybody had children or know anybody with children that have taken this med. Does it really help? Will his personality change? Does it actually calm kids down? Do they do better in school and home? Pls be nice. If u must be negative pls don't answer. Thanks

I am coming here for positive advice and compassion only please... I deal with negative a lot and now I need strong people to help me through this. One problem is : work..and changes that always happen that aren't fair. and I am trying to get into what I really want to do in life....and get out of this work environment I have been in for too many years. I want to work for airport operations. I also love children and animals . I have impeccable customer service skills and love people from all backgrounds. I have a lot of experience working with people from different countries. I do not live near a major airport hub and know it would be a lot easier to get a job in that field if I did. I am looking at other jobs and just applied for one in a different field just to stay within the university where I work.

Wish me luck.

The next issue is a mentally controlling boyfriend of 2 years who I love and do not live with. It is SO HARD to let go.

Yesterday I asked this same question and was given a run-around. For shame, CCleaner DID NOT remove the problematic program from my Registry and yes I have the responsibility of being concerned about it.
It came from a downloaded MCI shared Files Disk and is operating in MS-DOS and has planted the following hardware onto my pc: (1) Uni-modem Audio Controller operating through the Robotics 56K modem WIN 1806, (2) Multimedia Video Controller, and (3) Multimedia Controller. these devices control where a user can go and monitor all of his/her activities on the Internet including ones' email accounts and lists.

I stick my hamsters Moley and Fluffin into the dryer for a few minutes without the static sheet... Then they run around the house and all the dust bunnies magically stick to their fur... Now that is my kind of housework!

We have a 94 Ford Econoline Van with 110,000 miles. A few weeks ago we used it to go to a store, and when we came out of the store it wouldn't turn over and start. The engine was getting juice, since the radio played. AAA couldn't start it either, and towed it to a garage. The garage went ahead and did the annual inspection on the van, and said it started fine for them. They kept it for two days, and said they never had a problem starting the engine. Well, here we are a month later, and one of my kids just called to say he's stranded in the van since the same thing has happened again. The garage suggested we get it towed to them again. Any ideas? My kid says he turns the key and the radio comes on, but the engine is completely dead.

Ok, so I have the mac iBook, but I am starting law school and really need the new one with intel.

I was thinking about getting the macbook pro, but is it really worth the $1000 more than the regular macbook?

Also, the IT guy at school said I should wait until the OS comes out (he thinks October) does anyone know anything about it? I couldn't find anything on apple's web site. Will it be the "new" macbook or will they still have those and this be totally different? Thanks!

I have been debating this for a few months now. My family is pretty academic and I've always thought I would go on to get a Master's degree. My husband is supportive about it, but we also recently started talking about having kids. He is 6 years older than me and he's definitely ready for a family. Though I would love children, I'm not sure I'm ready to "end" my youth by being a parent. Has anyone tried to go back to school with children? Do you regret not doing it before having them? Is it impossibly difficult? And for those with Master's degrees, is the advanced degree worth waiting to have a family till later in life?

Ok, I worked out my leg muscles yesterday on my exercise bike, there was some resistance. Then I accidentally went on the bike again today. It wasn't a full session like yesterday, it was about 10 minutes because I realized I already worked my muscles in that area. But I do feel sore, mainly in my inner and outer thighs, and I've never felt this sore before.

(I basically had resistance training 2 days in a row) Did I harm my muscles?

Did I ruin the process of muscle building and instead, cause muscle depletion?

If not, what did I do!?

Thanks ahead of time!

Search engines no help on this. I am suing a company for breach of contract and expect to win but I am unsure if company has enough assets if I receive favorable judgment. My attorney filed for "limited expedited discovery." What does that mean?

In 1920 the AL livened up the ball to make it easier to hit homeruns, the NL followed suit in 1921, nobody had hit even 30 HR's a year, and was nowhere near 500hrs let alone 700. An asterisk would denote this in the record book and is only fitting, should one be placed; or should we all just accept that the game, society changed, and thats what is meant by records are supposed to be broken. Just because all these modern (post 1920 players) had an unfair advantage over poor Roger Connor doesn't mean they are better than him, it just means the game has changed. So whaddya say? Stand up for good 'ol Rog' and get him his record back?
