I work for a very small company in Pennsylvania . My hours are 7:30-4:30pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break. When we work over time we work 7am-5:30pm with a half hour lunch break. Our shop is stifling hot and we have no other breaks during the day. Recently we were told we have to clock in 5 minutes early (NOT PAID), clean the bathrooms on OUR time, cut our unpaid lunches to go to company meetings, and we're only allowed 1 trip to the bathroom. Are we being taken advantage of? or is this all allowed to go on in small companies?

ive been having some discomfort in my left ear i went to the doctor and he said i had a build-up of wax in my right, and i was shocked because i expected something to be found on my left ear not right ! but then the staff who was assigned to remove my earwax said i had a build-up in my left too and needs to be cleaned, but then the other guy said no, its isnt as bad, well i think he may be wrong and maybe i have ear wax in my left ear in a way that bothers more than in my left, who should i believe ? should i clean it ?

I feel even if your Christian, Gnostic, Atheist, Buhdast, Hindu, Jewish, eveloutionist or creationist last but not least Islamic. There are some fundamental truth going on in our courtries that are effecting us all. I feel that the past seven years or so have been a feast, the following will be famine. Forclosure on homes all time high, Gas prices all time high, Banks no longer lending money. The feds already lowered the Interest rates and that didn't work, products were in abundance. People were buying SUV, TRUCKS, V8, now in their in debt losing everything. Point of Thought: When you have a country thats in econmic recession the whole word headed for a depression politcial powers are in control, the world in chaos. The people become Agression thru being Opressed, the only answer to the Madness is thru PEACE. Give me your thoughts.
