Yes it does and it comes with lots of other things too. I really recommend it

All new MacBooks ordered from yesterday will have iLife '08.

iWork '08 has to be additionally purchased.

Go to apple shop and try configuring your computer. It will say that iLife '08 is 'in the box'.
