the motor or the regulator assembly may be bad in it,you try lubricating the sides of the glass where the runners are that might help it but if it doesn't, try to go up or down either one,it could also be the switch bad on it,since that's the most used one on the car,sometimes the switch goes bad,you can try some of these things ,you have nothing to loose from it,good luck on it.

Geez this seems to be happening to a lot of people I know - we should all go back to roll up windows. My Taurus had that problem and I took it in 4 different times before it finally worked right!!! I have no idea what they finally did to it, I know I requested that they replace the whole door.

Try some lubricant across the rubber window holder. It might have become too dry and creating too much rub for the window to go up or down. Spray a little silicone grease down there.

It could be the motor to the window. It happened on my friend's Explorer. It took them 5 minutes to fix.

Probably the power window motor, that is typically the part that goes out on those.

I know you checked the fuse but did you check the curcuit breaker also? Did anything else stop working at the same time?

the other answers seem good but it might be that the cable has snapped take the door panel off to check, motors etc can be expensive, good luck

if it has a cable control system,it's likely to be a cable come out of its socket,it can be put back but make sure it's retained properly.
