last year at the begining of school i lost like 15- 10 lbs and got down to 100 lbs and i was 4'11 (and that was pretty thin) and through out the year i gained a few lbs but i gained a LOT of muccle in my legs and some in my arms and now i am 5 ft and 107-108 lbs (on average) (ya i did gain a lot of weight) ok now i want to lose the weight but my weight flectuates like i weigh myself in the morning and i am 113lbs, then after i eat and a few hours later i will wheigh 111lbs and then it will stay there the whole day???? i dont get my mom says you have to take away a few lbs from the middle of the day until the night?? so what wheight do you think i am (really) and how can i lose that weight so i am 100 lbs in 4 weeks???? thank you so much!!!
