Stay natural. Your partner is with you for what you were when you got together, not for what fake implants could make you. If your partner is pleased, that should be enough -- unless you are already making plans for a new partner, which would be the only reason to get sliced open and have bags of goo shoved inside you.

Be happy with what you have. I think it's ridiculous to have plastic surgery unless you were born disfigured in some way or become disfigured as a result of cancer, accidents, etc. Why put yourself through unnecessary surgery when so many complications can arise? If your partner is happy with you the way you are, try to be happy yourself.

Weigh out the pros and cons. Talk to the doc and see what would happen if you tried to nurse another baby with implants. Check and see how much your life span is shortened by the implants and talk to your partner about all of this. This not only affects your life but theirs too.

Not many people have, or want to be big anymore. These days its all about being skinny, and having less on top isn't such a big deal.
I'd talk more to your husband, obviously he needs to approve. Make sure you really want them, and why. I'd say its not that big of a deal if you do. If you really aren't happy you should do it. Just make sure its for the right reasons.

I say do what you want to do and no ones else. Do research and weigh out your options and talk to your partner. All of those factors go into account but in the long run it is your decision. I have them, and have no problems or regrets.

If it is important to you and your partner is not fighting this issue then go for it.

It's your life. I think you have the right to chose what you want to do with yourself.
