Christians don't believe in karma. ;)

First of all, most Christians don't believe in karma, so this is kind of a pointless question for the majority of them. Second of all, no one else creates negative karma? I greatly doubt that. So why are you just picking on Christians? Thirdly, you are stereotyping and generalizing all Christians here. Many Christians DO act morally. The ones that do not THINK they are. You need to convince them that they are being immoral before this question even matters.

I will leave off describing "Big Bang" theory and evolution because you know all about that so I will move straight into why Buddhism doesn't believe in "Creation" and therefore no "Creator". Most religions presume that the universe had a beginning but through a process of creation. But what is creation? If I collect a stone from the street and show it as my creation, you would laugh at me. Suppose, I carve a beautiful form out of that stone, immediately you will admire it as a creation. How did a simple stone, which was not considered a creation, now turn out to be a beautiful creation? What I brought out of the basic matter, stone, is an ordered state not a random state. To create and maintain order, work has to be done. Thermodynamically, nature moves to a chaotic state to lower its energy; i.e. increase its entropy. So while a small region can become more ordered, overall the "finite isolated system" or universe has to become more chaotic. Now look at the observable Universe, examination reveals that it is a well ordered and regulated system. Look at the structure of an atom, a molecule, a crystal, a solar system, the Milky Way, the galaxies, and the whole universe in perspective – it is a gigantic, well ordered system with physical and fundamental laws governing that system. From the electron orbits to planetary motions to movement of stars to galaxies, all follow ordered patterns and are not chaotic. It is awesome even to imagine how a tiny cell replicates itself to produce such a gigantic body, with all functional elements formed. Surely such a well behaved, ordered system cannot happen by accident or as the result of random events. Hence religions say the universe has to be a creation, just as the form carved out of stone has to be a creation. There has to be something behind the creation. That something must have all the wisdom (knowledge and skills) needed to create this entire universe. All theologies call that something GOD. Any creation involves two factors an intelligent cause (nimitta karaNa) and a material cause (upadana karaNa). For me to create a form, even if I have the knowledge, I must have some material. In my case, I could go out and collect a stone from the street. Similarly the intelligent cause, God, to create this entire universe needs some material. He does not have the luxury to go out and get the material for his creation as that would only be a partial creation. He therefore has to create the material too, out of himself. It is a peculiar creation wherein the two causes – the material cause and the intelligent cause have to be one and the same. But there is an analogy. "The spider projects the material for the creation of its web". The spider is the material cause for the creation, and the intelligence to create the web rests with the spider too. Thus the material cause and the intelligent cause for the spider’s web are one and the same. What is the size of this universe? Creation has to be infinite (an open system). If it were finite (a closed system), a boundary defining the universe would have to separate it from something else. Then, where did that come from? It has to be created too. Therefore it implies that creation has to be boundless or infinite, no inside or outside. So where is the Creator now, after creating the Universe? The Creator cannot be inside or outside the creation as it is infinite. He cannot be a part of creation either because He would then be limited by creation like all other parts and therefore not the Creator. The only alternative is that He and the creation are one. Not only is He the material and intelligent cause, it also follows that he is inseparable from the creation. If the creation is infinite, He has to be infinite too. Hence, He pervades the entire universe, both inside (referring to the mind) as well as outside (referring to the body and world). Normally the intelligent cause can only be an active entity while the material cause can only be a passive entity. In the case of the Universe both causes rest in one, just as in the creation of a spider’s web, both the intelligent and the material causes are one, the spider. But in the case of a spider, the web becomes separate from the spider. In the case of the Universe the creator cannot be separated from the creation, creator and creation are not two (advaita). In other words the intelligence is the material, the material is the intelligence. The Universe is Self-arising wisdom, or Bodhi-Citta the Awakened-Mind, the "mind of perfect purity". Bodhicitta is the essence of all things, beings and all Buddhas and for a being to recognise their indwelling Awakened Mind (eternally existent) is to be liberated because sentient beings and all other phenomena arise from the Mind of Perfect Purity.

If you are a true believer in karma, for every negative instance of karma created, a positive instance must also be created to keep things neutral. While it sucks to be around them when the negative is being made, go somewhere else and you will be having a blast raking in all of the good karma.

Note- those pary people are also the ones that are keeping the bad karma in the air.

Karma is irrelevant to a Christian. All that matters is whether you fully accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior before heading to the afterlife. You can be a wife beating, dog kicking, racist, serial killer as long as you accept Christ on your death bed all is forgiven so there is not need for a christian to accept the responsibility of his/her negative Karma, unless they get to the other side and find out that they were wrong, then they get to come back as a cockroach! LMAO

What does your karma mean, and why are you involving it with Christianity. Are you confused (sorry I am not angry )

But if your karma means good works, Christians alway are engaged in one way or other in doing this in the Name of Jesus Christ. so please understand things first and then ask a question.

Christians don't call it karma. They call it "faith." In my opinion much the same thing. Hard to have faith in a God such as they portray. IMO, yes, much negative karma.

Yes, Christians do believe in a type of Karma..."As ye sew, so shall ye reap"....and some people are simply too much into instant gratification.

Some Christians are more aware than others...yes...but as to them believing in Karma...do you believe Jesus died for your sins...this is apples and oranges, so to speak...

DO you realize you are creating bad PR for us who are semi-enlightened?

Christians do it for the same reason everyone else does it. We focus on the problems, flaws, beliefs of others, rather than those we own and can do something about.

Mostly we don't allow ourselves to realize it consciously.
