First of all, your weight shouldn't change a whole lot from the morning to the evening. It may change by one pound or so, but if you start seeing a 5 or so pound difference from just normal activites there is probably either human or machine error causing the difference. Second, It's too hard to tell what weight you are exactly, though you are probably around 113 since that's the number you gave us. And lastly, losing weight quickly is not an easy feat and simply can't be done. You first must start some sort of exercising routine. Walking is one of the cheapest and best ways to start out. There are many, many routines out there to help you lose weight, so simply search a little more. Losing those 13 pounds or whatever won't happen over night, but don't stop simply because the scale in the morning is the same as it is tomorrow...

First, everybody's weight fluctuates throughout the day. So, just weigh yourself once a day. Try to weigh yourself at the same time each day, so you don't weigh yourself just before dinner one day and just after dinner the next!

Second, unless you are in some kind of junior bodybuilding competition, or in a sport like wrestling where you have to "make weight", there is absolutely no reason to be stressing over a few pounds like that. Why is 100 "better" than 107? Either is a healthy, fit weight for you. If you compete in some sort of sport, how do you know that 100 is "better" than 107? Which weight do you perform better at?

Through diet and exercise, you can safely lose about 1-2 pounds a week. So, 4 weeks should be plenty of time to lose 7 pounds. The big question is, why? If you have a GOOD reason to lose the weight, I'd suggest staying with whatever exercise program put on the muscle in your arms and legs in the last year, and cut back on the calories just a bit. How much? Well, 2 pounds is about 7200 calories, and if you divide that by 7 days, you get a little over 1000 calories a day.

That's a fair amount of food to be cutting out of your diet, and I suspect you won't be able to keep your weight down to 100 once you've accomplished this. But again, first figure out why this is so important to you before you proceed, because it's really not clear to me.

girl i hope u dont think u r fat i mean come on but anyways if it says u 113pounds then u go back in just say hours from then and it said u 111pounds well if u can lose weight in hours i should be sooooooo slim then so i think 113pounds and it is no way u can lose 100pounds in 4 weeks at lease that is what i think but the question is why u want to lose weight when u not even big to start with?

how much you weigh now is good, normal weight for a 5'. weighing 100? that is thin. your weight fluctuates because overnight, you lose more calories than sitting and watching tv. its perfectly normal.

your age is very important in this. You need to see a real nutitionist and not depend on what you might get on the net from people who really dont know what they are talking about. If you are young stupid crash diet can be harmful. The weight isnt the most important thing. It is the kind of shape you are in. Get professional advice.
