Im an Electrical eng in college and working on someting.Does anyone know a way to make something power surge like a tv. Im doing an expirement and can not find any info on how you can cause one.

I hooked up the first battery under the hood. The second RV battery goes on the chassis. The owner before used orange and black and I thought orange was positive. I connected the orange to the positive and zapped the battery pretty good. Still stupid on my part but the batteries don't have any charge. Did I ruin the one or both?

I understand there will be alot of answers that involve the moral reasons why polygamy is illegal, but our laws are supossed to be based on "moral" reasons.... just criminal ones. (Kind of like same sex marriages)

So, answer me this, why on earth is polygamy illegal? Who are we to mandate that a man in Utah can't have 2 wives?

My dad has both of his arms go numb or tingly. He's gone to the doctors, they said he had pneumonia, then he went back again and they said he didn't have that. They did an ultrasound on him and not much became of that. I just don't understand why BOTH arms would go numb. Hes been feeling sick too.
