It takes a while for me (I've done it once) and I was really in the mood and watching porn at the time. What happens is, when you cross your legs you apply some pressure to the crotch area, which in turn applies pressure to the clitoris. It's possible, but for some women who aren't as sensitive it's harder to do and/or may take more time.

Does she have her clit pierced? Maybe its because of that...piercings can make that area super sensitive or the total opposite. I've never done this...crossing my legs is never that fun, lol!

Well i think its pretty explanatory...just cross your legs.I am not sure thats true through. I highly doubt it.
