I am a professional graphic designer with a college education, my wife is a police officer with a criminal justice degree, and we have a 3 year old.

I love to write and my dream before I turn 18 (I'm 13) is to be a published author, but since I am a perfectionist and can't stick with one thing I hardly ever see that happening. I always have book ideas and once I think of the idea I write a few pages of the book, then I think of another book idea and completely blow the other one away. So now, I'm stuck with about 40 unfinished books in my computer (I'm dead serious...). I just want to stick with one book and finish it without thinking of another idea or ignoring it....can you help me.....

We only have one working shower (as the other bathroom is being remodeled). My husband slipped in the "working" shower/tub last night & grabbed the soap dish (which was attached to the tile wall). It came off & he found that it had never really fit, as it was bigger than the opening in the tile. They had just attached the thing over drywall (yes, no backerboard in this shower/tub) & then they had heavily motared & caulked around it.

The drywall behind the soap dish is slightly damp (there was a bit of mold on the paper, which we cleaned/killed with a bleach solution, but most of the drywall paper came off. The drywall is not at all spongy or mushy.

I need a quick fix here, as we can't remodel this bathroom for 6-12 months. We must have a shower in the meantime (and the other one won't be done for another 2-3 months). I would like to put some replacement tile in this spot for now. Can I just tape/skim coat over the drywall, then tile? More stress, guests are coming tomorrow.

ok so i really like this guy i work with, and he just went away for a month on some jesus missionary thing down in missouri. so i haven't seen him for a month and yesterday he came into work, and we saw a movie. now i thought i was the only one who had feelings and half way through the movie i had a feet up on the seat in front of me and he had his hand on my leg. ("whu hu!" in my head)
and by the end we were holding hands. so after the movie, we went to dinner and didn't talk about what happened. then he drove me home, but when he pulled up, he's like do you wanna go for a little ride, *yes!!!*
so we went to the light house in my town, and sat at a bench. he asked if i could scratch his back, and we were just talking about his trip and the new stuff at work. so then he puts his arm around me and says i can stop scratching his back and then he kissed me.
so i hate saying this but we made out for a long time, and a little more than that, but then my mom called me and we had to go.

I'm babysitting 2x this week, and they gave me a twenty, and it's only for an hour each time. This seems like a lot to me. How can I say this to them? Also, if that twenty could include 2x next week....how would I put that? Or next time, how do I insist on less than $10? just feel guilty accepting that much money.

Ok back last year I liked my guy friend as in he's so cute I want to go out with him kinda thing and I still like him now but after getting to know him even better (deep emotional talks and spilling our minds to eachother, we hang out a lot) I still like him but it's a deeper kind of like.
