Mine is, scares me so bad, I shakes for a couple of hours...

I have three different, sometimes four different alarm clocks. Sometimes, the poodle wakes me up, cuz he was let out, and whoever let him out forgets to let him back in. That one HAS woken up neighbors, to the point where she called me and said that Franky woke her up. Then there is my kids. My son will be 18 months old in a few days, and I doubt that he could wake the neighbors with his quiet, "Mommmeee, dit opp! Mommeeee, dit opp! Ah Lahloo!!"(Mommy get up. I love you.) Or my daughter, 5, will knock on the door, and if their dad isn't over and the door isn't locked, she'll let herself in, turn on my tv, and watch "on Nick"(Nickelodeon)until I get up. OR, sometimes it will be their dad who wakes me up,(Poke poke poke. Do I really need to say more?)and I don't get loud like I used to-not because I don't want to, but in respect to our kids... So THAT doesn't wake the neighbors either.

Yes mine is loud enough to wake the neighbors up but not me. It's like I adapt to it and it no longer wakes me up. So I have to get a louder one every year or so. I wish they could make an alarm clock that would pour freezing cold water on me. That may work.

good morn junebugg you know that is a very loud alarm clock for sure dear you shouldnt be scared by your own alarm clock i have never used and alarm clock dear to wake up in the morning

No but our neighbors are definately loud enough to wake us up.

I don't use one but yet I still wake up at 7 am on the dot every day.

Yeah, my husband got me one that sounds like a rooster crowiing....and its loud.
