Make friend with your stepmother and both of you go shopping together, she has dad's credit cards.

It is funny to note that as gross as it seems to have a stepmother younger than you (and I agree), it is interesting that in the question before this, a young person asked if it was weird to marry a much older person and EVERYONE said "don't worry about what other people think, if it's love, do it!"

So, my answer to this question would be: if your dad (and you know him better than we) seems to genuinely love and cherish this woman ... well, learn to accept that without prejudice.

However, if he seems to have a married a young money-grubbing wh*re on the advice of his p*nis, than call him on it. :)

Good luck!

It would feel a little weird. However, in life people make all types of choices in love. I would respect her for being my dads new wife. But, I would not call her mom.

Yes I would. But I would feel stranger as the father, knowing that my wife was younger than my child.

Ok, if you're 20 and she's 18 then yeah. Because that just makes him a perv. But once you get into your 30+s, age seems to be less of an issue.

Yep, and I'd be keeping an eye on my dad whenever we are alone in the house.

Yes, but if that is who your Dad fell in love with you have to except it if you want a relationship with your Dad. Instead of looking at it as your new step mom maybe just try to make a new friend.

Yeah that would be a bit weird. I would just hope that my step mom never hits on me.
