Well, I don't spend time fearing it, but the worst situation I could imagine is to be somehow physically or mentally impaired and lose my freedom and mobility and have to rely on the goodness of others. Like if I got in a serious accident and had a choice of losing both legs or dying, I'd actually rather check on out.
