I easyly throw my arm out when ever I play sports, especially baseball. After throwing my arm out I have this really sharp pain for about 2-3 days. This is a recurring injury everytime I play sports. Is there a solution so that this doesn't keep occuring when I play sports?

you might want to go see an orthopedic doctor to make sure you do not have a tear in your rotator cuff..that could cause pain and discomfort almost constantly.

You're going to have to see either an orthopedic doctor or chiropractor to find out what is going on with your arm. If you get treatment now it's possible you will be able to play sports for the rest of your life. If you do not get treatment you're going to end up with a very serious arm problem.
