There is just as much "disagreement and uncertainty" about physics among physicists as there is about evolution among biologists. The bible has a lot of examples of physics that contradict our scientific understanding in ways similar to the creation/evolution disagreement. Why then do people argue for equal time for "magic man does it" in biology, but not physics?

btw, what would a semester-long course in intelligent design consist of?

Me and my sister used to watch this show..
I cant remember if it was PBS or Nickalodeon.
It had this dragon smoke came outta his nostrils amd this blob of clay, that was always formed into a new face of sorts..
with hats and glasses sometimes..
I remember an elavator as well...
Anybody know the name... I miss it and would like to see if I can find any old episodes of it for my daughter to watch..

I'm 16 and I'm thinking that I want to be a preschool, kindergarten, or 1st grade teacher. What's it like being a teacher for this age group? I'm really shy around adults and people my age. Is this bad for this job? I love kids though.

Before anyone burns me in effigy this is pure speculation on my part.But when Lil E signed on with Hendrick you didn't hear from Jeff right away,only Jimmy.Then when you did pretty much all Jeff would say is Rick called and consulted him about bringing LIl E in.That led me to believe there is something being left unsaid.Like maybe Gordon has a part of the newest teammate ownership wise.I'm speculating the reason its not formally announced is the same reason weve had a zillion posts on here with upset Dale fans getting use to his new deal,if you tossed in what I suspect,WHEW Katy bar the door.What do you fans think?

It looks like someone on here hates me
a few questions of mine got deleted although there was nothing wrong with them. Like I searched the advanced search for the same question and found 150-200 simmilar questions (of coures none were deleted.)

Yahoo answers don't seem to check weather the question deserves to be deleted or not cause alot of questions that don't deseve to be deleted get deleted and they need to actually check otherwise it is unfair, people would be going round deleting others questions. I know most of the people on here arn't bad anyway but I have a very strong feeling that someone on here is trying to make me loose points and whenever they see a question that is just a little bit weird like a question about club penguin or something they delete it. So do you know who it is or is it you?

I hope that person won't delete this question.lol.

i received a letter from a credit card company that i owe $1800 dollars to. The interest rate is 28%..i have owed them money since i got the thing when i was 18.im now 24 and the balance has almost doubled..i get charged over the limit fees each month and everything.i cut this card up years ago and never got another one.they sent me a letter kuz i was 2 mths late and they offered a settlement amount of $987.Well i had sent a payment after this letter went out but before i received it.I spoke with a lady 2 days ago that knew this and she said thats fine,they can still do it.So i borrowed the $987 from mom and called today to pay..now im being told they cant do it because my acct is current,wen they told me 2 days ago they could.im so upset and i hav a baby on the way and i want this gone.How can they tell me one day its ok and then wen i actually got the money now i cant do it all of a sudden?i said "well if i just wait and be another two months late,will i get another letter like this?

Lets say for arguments sake that the woman that i was having sex with DID have an STD.

When i was having sex with her the condom broke and i was having sex unprotected for 1 maybe 2 minutes tops. As soon as we noticed i immediately ran into the shower, washed my penis with soap and urinated. I washed in the shower for a good 5minutes.

What are my chances of contracting an STD given such a short period of contact?

My significant other and I work out of the same office. There is a woman with our company who comes to our office from another to train new employees. Awhile back she showed strong feelings for my significant other, and approached him with the idea of having an affair. At the time he and I were not together, and were only friends. She was and still is married and has a child. Every time she comes into our office she flirts with him. She stairs at him, smiles at him, and tries to make funny jokes. I try to remain as professional as possible, but I can't help but not like her. I find myself becoming angry with her for looking at him, or talking to him. I don't think she knows that I know she has a thing for him. I kind of feel silly that I feel this way. Should I even care? What would you do?

well i got put on probation about a year ago, for what was suppoused to be a six month probation. the last time i was in court, about a month in a half ago my p.o. told the judge that i'd completed all the programs i need to and that i'm doing good, but i'm going to need to get randomly tested sometime before they let me off. and she said i'd get off "soon" well six weeks later they haven't tested me at all. their reason for it is because they "trust me" and they're only going to random me if they're suspicious. well if they trust me and know that i'm doing good why don't they just test me, see that i'm clean, and let me off? has any one gone threw any thing similar to this? i'm getting really pissed off about it
