LOL! good way to get people to answer your question hun!
anyway.. I know the feeling, I was the same way with my second son.. and I tried everything, the dr said that walking was the best thing, but I didnt find it too helpful, the way I see it, is the baby is gonna come when the baby wants to come.. and is ready to come. I think you can try all these myths and wives tales, and try the walking, cause walking really is supposed to be beneficial in this case.. but I think it's just going to happen when he's good and ready. Just remember, it feels like forever right now, because youre so excited to meet your new baby, and you feel like youv'e been pregnant forever.. but the time will fly so fast once the baby is born. And time is something you never get back, so try to relax, and enjoy the time you have with your family/husband before the baby comes, because he will be here very soon anyway.
Good luck with your answers and congratulations on your baby!!

Just wait. I have had two children and was never lucky enough to go term. However while I was labor with my son who is 14 months old my OBGYN's nurse and I were talking about old fashioned ways that people tried to bring on labor. She said that one is to squat down with your butt as close to the ground as possible and walk like a duck. She said it puts pressure on the cervix and it works in some cases. But heck your 39 weeks give your baby time he'll come when he's ready just like my two did. One at 23 weeks 5 days the other 5 weeks early.

The baby will come when hes ready i know its hard my second baby didn't come till his due date even though i had been 4 1/2cm for a couple weeks and having contractions so i know how frustrating waiting can be if you haven't tryed walking i would try getting up if possible and walking around a little bit that could help things along.

talk to the doctor about inducing labor to speed things along, if not then you'll just have to wait, there are some things people have said through the years but nothing ever worked for me. Some say try walking, cleaning, anything that keeps you moving but for me all it did was cause muscle cramps and my legs swelled up

Easier said than done, but patience is the key.

*You really had me with the "10 years old and pregnant" thing!

But really, just be patient. He'll come when he's ready.

Best wishes to ya!

Sexual intercouse may help. Long slow walks. Nipple stimulation. I am going through the same thing right now and nothing has worked for me yet. Good luck.

Walking...that is always a good one...the longer the baby is there...the better it's lungs...don't hurry things...mother nature does well enough on her own....though sometimes, the dr.'s do help...
