There is no proof that taking birth control pills while you are pregnant will harm the baby or cause miscarriage.

I have been on the pill and gotten pregnant twice (my first baby was fine and now this time and so far so good) and the best advice from the manufacturers of the pill is if you SUSPECT you are pregnant stop taking it and consult your doctor. (insert of Ortho Tricycline Birth control pill)

No. If you just missed one pill, you should double up the next day and then continue taking the pills as directed. If you do not get your period then take a pregnancy test, but you are not too likely to get pregnant from one missed pill. If you stop taking the pill altogether you are likely to get pregnant. The sore boobs are probably just from missing the pill. It wouldn't hurt to use condoms for a week as a backup if you are worried about it.

Yes - taking birth control can harm the baby.
How long have you been feeling like this? If it has been 14 days or more then take a home pregnancy test and see what it says. It could just be that you've scared yourself into having pregnancy symptoms. That has happened to me....but because my husband and I are TTC.

If you only missed one day of your pills, and you are a regular birth control taker, the chances of you being pregnant are pretty slim. If you took the pill the next day when you remembered, and then the next one at the regular time, you may be feeling sick because of the double dose of hormones in one day. You should continue taking your birth control pill, as it wont do any harm before your next period. (My nurse told me that when I thought I was pregnant recently). Good luck!

See a doctor, not the internet.
Doctors are required by law to keep it what you say to them secret.
It could be stress, or any number of other things. Best thing you can do is see a doctor before making any decision.
