Hi,

I say yes to your question, Linebrink has high ERA (3.80) for being a setup and posibbly in the future a closer

But yesterday's loss was Black's fault by not using more pitchers, he only thinks Meredith, linebrink and hoffman are in the bullpen

What do you think?

Not a Padres fan, but Scott Linebrink has been such a solid set up guy for several years. They probably don't want to break up a good 1-2 punch.
Plus, who would do the intro for the lamest c&w song to be played that night at Petco?

if the padres could trade scott linebrink for a player like mark texiera or adam dunn then they should definitely trade him. the padres could substitute anyone in their bullpen and a good job such as cla meredith or heath bell.
