Me and my sister used to watch this show..
I cant remember if it was PBS or Nickalodeon.
It had this dragon smoke came outta his nostrils amd this blob of clay, that was always formed into a new face of sorts..
with hats and glasses sometimes..
I remember an elavator as well...
Anybody know the name... I miss it and would like to see if I can find any old episodes of it for my daughter to watch..
I wanna watch it too! :)

sounds like gigglesnort hotel. the dragon was named dirty dragon, there was a man named BJ and the blob of clay on a pedestle, cant remember the blobs name, but he had a muttering laugh and hard to understand, but the man would mold him into shapes and put hats on him..

My kids used to watch a show feturing a Dragon, called Gigglesnort Hotel... featuring Mr. Gigglesnort.
Another possibility is Eureka Castle. I'm not sure which of these shows you are referring to.

Allegra's Window or Eureeka's Castle those are the only two I can think of, both on Nickelodeon
