It isn't.
About once a month, I get a call from someone who has freshly completed one of these courses that now wants me to find a property for them that just needs a bit of work (maybe painting), that can get financing with no money down, and is priced at about 50% - 60% of value.
News flash: It doesn't exist in the US.
The only people that profit from the RE investment systems are the ones selling them.
Save your money, please.

John Beck and many like him have figured out it's easier to sell a course on how to buy properties for nothing, then to actually go out and find said properties.
Save you money on these courses.
If he really had the secret he would hire an army of people for 10 bucks an hour and become a multi-millionaire in a very short period of time.

don't waste you time and money.
google him and see all that comes up, he is not along you can google all those get rich quick scams and it all comes up.
do your home work. don't know what state your in but alot of investors have been told they can do so well with investing in rental property etc... the only one doing well is the one selling the courses, tapes

No matter which program you purchase, you will enrich the pockets of the person(s) selling the program and no one else.
Anything which can be gained from those 'courses' can be gained on your own, without paying for it.
