We aren't kids. We've been dating off-and-on for nearly 2 years. We talk about marriage, but he's adament that he won't get married in a church. He says he doesn't want to have to lie about believing in something that he thinks is wrong. I've assured him that no one will make him do that. I'm not as devout as some people but it's a family tradition and I want to get married in the Church... my church that I have gone to forever and by my priest who is such a cool/ nice guy and friend of the family. My bf recently agreed that getting married by a priest (b/c he's a friend of the family) would be ok, but still no church... I saw that as some progress. I know I should just wait and see how things go with us, but I wondered what other people have done about this.

My sister cut contact with my godly father and I and moved back to the States to live with the woman who birthed us. She was mad because my father and I kept making her shave her head as she as blond and therefore leads men to sin. She said her head hurt from the cuts and it was too hot to wear hats in Venezeula, where we live. I am to be married and she wants to come to the wedding. She has promised to dress modestly, but her sinful blond mane is back and she will not promise to cover it or shave it. My godly and saintly father has promised to sheer her, but I don't want a to do on my wedding weekend. How can I convince my sister that her sinful blond hair will tempt my wonderful Christian groom and friends and that we cannot have flaxen locks at my wedding????

Last night he spoke to me in a dream and made it clear he wanted me to pray for the salvation of Hugo Chavez. Let's just say I'm not a big fan of Hugo's, but I'm gonna be obedient. Who knows what God could do in Venezuela through a saved, sanctified and Holy Ghost filled Chavez. So he's on my list along with Nicole Kidman who the Lord also put on my heart years ago, as well as healing/reconciliation in Srebeniza, and Cindy Crawford (he told my mom to pray for her by name, my mom didn't even know who she was; I added her to my list). Who'll be my next prayer assignment, Kim Jung Il? Ahmejinedad??? Anyway brothers and sisters in Christ, please don't write Chavez off, agree with me in prayer for his salvation!

I was dating this guy about 4 years ago. I broke up with him because he was cheating. I met this wonderful guy and we have a child together. I got tested for HIV twice when I was pregnant. Both came out negative. My guy got tested last year and came out negative. I took a test yesterday and have to get my results today. I am so scared that I could have HIV from my ex. I have not been sick, I just ready to move on with no regrets. I was wondering should I be worried about it, because I am constantly thinking about it.

For the bachlorette party the plan is to take the bride out for dinner and drinks before the Big night out on the town, so do I still bring a gift? I don't know if this matters but the bridal shower is the next day. A co-worker told me that if I'm a bridesmaid I just have to help with the cost of the bachlorette party and take a gift to the bridal shower, but that a wedding gift isn't necessary. Is that correct?

Personally, I think this decision to play a weaker squad in the Copa America than in the Gold Cup was bad for promoting interest in the US National team, and more generally in soccer in the US. The American sports fan will be much more inclined to embrace soccer if the US National team does well--Americans like a winner. What do you think?

I recently found out that a girl that works for my husband has feelings for him and has for a while. He is a manager and she is a waitress.

He and I both found out at the same time from a co-worker that we both know and trust. She told us that this girl has been talking about him with some of the staff and telling them that she has feelings for him. This started about two years ago. Since then he got transferred to another place for about a year and this girl "took it really hard." When we got engaged she found out and was "depressed." Now he's back working with her again (got transferred back). She knows he's married and we just had a baby. She's seen me and seen our child, yet this psycho chick still talks to people about how she has feelings for my husband. What should I do?

(continued) I seperated my male and female bets using a divider, if I want to breed them is this the best way for my fish to get used to eachother? The male keeps flaring at my female. Two days ago my daughter of 4 years old was playing with her sister of 2 years old. My 2 year old hit my 4 year with her head in her face by mistake- you know they were kind of jumping & stuff. Now my 4 year old has one of her front tooth lose. Is it going to fall off soon? Since she's still young will it harden back up? Will it turn black? I have a family rooted in Protestant Christianity. My cousin and I have both converted to something outside of Protestantism, but have chosen different paths in the process. I'm now Eastern Orthodox Christian (not a huge change). She is now Pagan (quite a huge change). I would ask her what Paganism is, but sometimes her explanations are a bit fuzzy to me (I love her, but we think on completely different planes).

So, I'm looking to understand Paganism better so that I can better relate to my cousin. What are the practices? What are the core beliefs, values, etc.? What is it's background and historical context?

I just filled up my tank at a local mobil station. My gas light was not even on yet, but I knew it was about to. I drive a honda civic, and the tank holds 13.2 gallons according to the manual. Accroding to the pump and my receipt I just put in 13.37 gallons of gas!. How is this possible?!?!

I need to add a dryer vent, and I don't want to cut a hole in the cinder block. These panes are really puttied in there with somehting hard as rock and I would have to break the pane and take out all that stuff, then do a half panel or something. I dont want to lose the light either from that pane. So, if I could cut a square or round 4" hole in the existing window pane without breaking it, that would be good.
