because the catholic church is the driving force behind making illegal aliens citizens and is breaking our laws to keep them in our country. the catholic church is desperate for new customers and illegals are the only new source.
if you remember that all religions are first and foremost money making enterprises, everything will make sense

Well, look at governments, let's start with the US govt. system.
When it comes to the victims of Public Employee's (Federal & State) the govt. has put a "Statue of Limitation" and a "Ceiling" on damages paid to victims of child molestation & pedifila. In most of the 50 state this is about $50,000.00 to each victim IF they report such incident within 180 days (1/2 year). C.Y.A. the good old "Boys" club in the govt is doing great at avoiding their responsabiltiy.
To compensate for this the govt. feels the need to crusify someone to appease the citizens. So, for "Private Corporations" (Churches, Private Schools, Amusemement Parks, Resorts) the law is different. The "Statute of Limitations" is moved from 180 days to unlimited time ... so they can go after dead guys. Additionally instead of the $50,000.00 that the govt thinks is fair that they pay ... well they open it up to the sky's the limit.
OK ... now you're talking about "Abroad" ... The major case is in Ireland. Like the USA the Irish govt seems to have difficulties putting child molesters & pedifiles in jail. So, the Irish people are up in arms against a Priest who is a child molester and retired in their community.
Priests in third world countries like "Phillipeans", "India", and "Africa" are dealing with governments that are almost non-existant or unconserned with such behaviors. So it rest with the governements.
Lastly, as citizens of the continental USA ... we really don't look at whats happening to others around us. We barly notice what's going on within the USA.

Usually in things like this the USA is at the forefront.
In most other heavily Catholic Countries Catholism is not just a religion it's who you are.
Give it time...it will come out because the process for accepting men into the Priesthood before this was very lax.

Many of the other countries are afraid to speak up. There may be allegations in other areas, but the media isn't getting the word out.

I think the other countries are just as out raged as we are. The media mainly covers the USA though, so maybe that is why we only hear about it from the USA. I'm sure that the other countries has as big as a problem with it as we do. Its just not as wold wide known as we are.

The U.S. media under reports events abroad. It's happened in Ireland, and also the UK. You must of course also take into consideration the magnitude of the problem in the U.S. (over half a billion dollars), which surpasses anywhere else.

I suspect that it's because the Catholic Church is universal in character, which is to say it is not one of the "home-grown" denominations. At this point in time, the US is very nationalistic, even jingoistic, and fearful of any foreign influence.

because America doesn't care about other country's.. if you watch British news they constantly have news and info about other country's.. America just talks about itself all day.( bit like most Americans really)
that's why u don't hear about other country's problems.

I'm sure it is easier for them to "cover up" their actions in other countries. However, they are in trouble in the UK too I have heard.
