Last night he spoke to me in a dream and made it clear he wanted me to pray for the salvation of Hugo Chavez. Let's just say I'm not a big fan of Hugo's, but I'm gonna be obedient. Who knows what God could do in Venezuela through a saved, sanctified and Holy Ghost filled Chavez. So he's on my list along with Nicole Kidman who the Lord also put on my heart years ago, as well as healing/reconciliation in Srebeniza, and Cindy Crawford (he told my mom to pray for her by name, my mom didn't even know who she was; I added her to my list). Who'll be my next prayer assignment, Kim Jung Il? Ahmejinedad??? Anyway brothers and sisters in Christ, please don't write Chavez off, agree with me in prayer for his salvation!

Deof: I pray for Bush/congress/courts as well as state and local leaders regularly. That's a given.

Murazor: For what ever reason, God's chosen to "delegate" certain work to man.

Why not pray for George Bush? It'll take a Texas-sized miracle to get the U.S. out of Iraq after the mess he helped create there (although the fact that Reagan and Papa Bush were among those who sold chemical and biological weaponry to Hussein in the first place probably didn't help the situation one bit either).

I don't get it. Why would God ask you to pray for someone? If your God is aware of this person and wishes for him of her to be saved then what bearing would your prayers to your God have on his decision to grant His own wishes? The concept is baffling.
