My sister cut contact with my godly father and I and moved back to the States to live with the woman who birthed us. She was mad because my father and I kept making her shave her head as she as blond and therefore leads men to sin. She said her head hurt from the cuts and it was too hot to wear hats in Venezeula, where we live. I am to be married and she wants to come to the wedding. She has promised to dress modestly, but her sinful blond mane is back and she will not promise to cover it or shave it. My godly and saintly father has promised to sheer her, but I don't want a to do on my wedding weekend. How can I convince my sister that her sinful blond hair will tempt my wonderful Christian groom and friends and that we cannot have flaxen locks at my wedding????

Quite a quandary. I am also interested in which scripture you find hair color leads men to sin. As a Christian myself (believing in Christ and the New Testament), I am at a loss.

Ask your sister to dress modestly in a brown dress. Tell her she should wear her hair loose and down and that there shall be no razors. Quietly, your father must dump chocolate syrup over her head as she enters the church. Her hair shall become brunette and her dress will not be ruined. She might also serve as an interesting wedding confection. Children could put sprinkles on her and really it might be fun. Have a good wedding!

Your sister is obviously living in sin. I cannot believe you would even invite her to the wedding. Mayhaps you should change your hair color to blonde and prostitute yourself on the streets of the Yucatan.

but if you want my opinion, shaving a womans hair because she is blonde is ridiculous. shes right to be mad, and shes right to leave, if you want to remove thiings that tempt men, cut off your breasts. get fat and ugly. coz hun, no man is gunna care what colour his womans hair is if she has a nice body.
