Two days ago my daughter of 4 years old was playing with her sister of 2 years old. My 2 year old hit my 4 year with her head in her face by mistake- you know they were kind of jumping & stuff. Now my 4 year old has one of her front tooth lose. Is it going to fall off soon? Since she's still young will it harden back up? Will it turn black? Can something be done at the dentist so it wont fall of? Thanks everyone that answers seriously.

Leave it alone if it falls out it is ok the adult one will still come in as usual, she will just have a space in her mouth for a while, if it looks like it is getting infected go to a dentist. Otherwise just leave it alone and save your money.

I was a Dental Assistant when I was going to High School and here is my serious answer-- its her first tooth and it would fall out anyway. don't worry about it as the second set of teeth are already growing under the gum and even if it falls out, the second set will come through and it will be perfect. there is nothing for you to worry about. Make sure they drink lots of 2% milk along with a fruit a day, 3 eggs a week, and veggies like carrots, etc. all these make your teeth strong. i hope this helps.

I think you should consult a dentist...and see what they say....it is a baby tooth...and it may just tighten back up!
