I am pretty shy, but am working on becoming more and more confident. My question is, how do you master becoming more confident but not arrogant? I know some people who claim that they are "really confident"- but always come off as arrogant to me (always have to put others down, compare, and think that they are God's gift to humanity.. So in your opinion, how do you master becoming confident but not arrogant.

Pasta seems so bland...

I don't want to make something simple like spaghetti....I want to make something super gourmet and special....

I need a good recipe or creative idea.

He has been dieting, and he has not eaten carbs in forever, so I wanna make him really enjoy it.

The statistics say that 10 out of 10 people die. It’s true – we all have an appointment with death. A question each of us should ask is “What happens after I die?” The Bible says that God has a standard that he will judge you by on your appointed day of death. It’s called the Ten Commandments. (no matter the value) The third Commandment is “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain”. Have you ever used His name as a curse word to express disgust? The seventh Commandment is “You shall not commit adultery”, but Jesus said “If you look upon a woman to lust after her you’ve already committed adultery with her in your heart”. Have you ever looked at another person with lust or desire? If you said 'yes' to these four questions, then by your own admission you’re a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer-at-heart, and we’ve only looked at four of the Ten Commandments. On Judgment Day, if God were to judge you by those standards, would you be innocent or guilty? Would you go to Heaven or Hell?

The Bible says that you would be guilty, that means hell. Know that God, the just judge of the universe, is also rich in mercy. He sent His Son Jesus to suffer and die on the cross on your behalf to take the punishment for your sins. He paid your fine with His life's blood. That means God can commute your death sentence. He can allow you to live because of what Jesus did on the cross. Through His death and resurrection, God can now dismiss your case. He can forgive your sins and allow you to live. So what must you do? You must repent - turn from your sins. Don't just confess your sins to God; confess and forsake them. Don't just believe in Jesus - trust in Him, like you would trust in a parachute to save you. You don't just believe in a parachute, you put your trust into it! That's what you must do with the savior.

He had been on Rimidyl for his arthritis...But still, the hips just would not work anymore...Usually, when i took him to the vet, they would fix him...SO I FELT I HAD DECEIVED HIM by taking him to the vet...I was HOPING THEY COULD DO SOMETHING FOR HIM...cuz they could every other time...HOW DO i get over that "feeling"...that i deceived him???..Did not know he was going to be "put to sleep"???...I just felt awful...i cried for two days...Please i am serious..This was very heartbreaking!

I moved into a new apartment and the realized that the gas control valve behind the stove was shut off (the knob was perpendicular to the pipe). I turned it on by turning the knob a full 90 degrees so that it is now parallel to the pipe and I can hear the gas flowing. I was able to start the pilot lights on the stove. I dont know if we are supposed to turn it on fully or if it is better to partially turn it on (probably by turning the knob 45 degrees?)

As well...I was able to turn the stove pilot light on but was not able to get the oven to work. I like to know if there are separate pilot lights for the oven.

I am not quite familiar with these problems so please give me your advices and responses. Thank you for reading this and I will greatly appreciate your responses.

I work in a service oriented job and take care of rich and not to rich people. It just blows my mind how people with money and their kids think they're better cause they have money. Just cause I go under their house and get dirty (cause their to good to), they think they're above me? Some people inherented that money and their parents were poor and worked their way up. So if your a rich brat like Paris Hilton and think your better than me, I'd like to hear your thought.

My cat I just bought home from the store I work at(a stray cat) was ill and we did not see him for like two days. When he came back he stayed under our deck for a day and today he came out and he is weak and it looks like a brown worm is coming out of his nose.Now I won't get that close to see but can this happen or he just might have something like a pine needle or somethin g. well i've been playign alot of dance dance revolution altely..
and it says how many calories u burn

june 13th i did 350 calories in about 20 minutes
june 14th i did 650 in about 40 minutes
today i jsut did 120. in a couple of minutes

do u realy lose as muhc as they show and if yes..
is it possible to actually lsoe weight or tone..

how muhc pounds coul you lose by mid august?

Ok, here me out. Now, in the Bible, it says that Jesus will return one day to Earth, but NO ONE knows when EXECPT for God. Now, if that's true, then Satan doesn't know when he'll come back, right? Well, if Satan doesn't know, then he needs to have an antichrist every generation, right? Now, if that's all true, then do you think that maybe Hitler was an antichrist back then? Think about it, he was killing God's choosen people, and he was hoping for world domination.

We are using a bi-color SMD LED blue/red (link below) and the idea is that the LED will always light blue until a switch is thrown then the blue will cease and the LED will illuminate RED. Will a transistor do this? if so which type?
