How can I avoid them and what do you do to get rid of one?

you really can't avoid them, and you can't get rid of them either. you just have to ignore it and ride it out, eventually there account will be deleted.

Just ignore them. No matter what you do, you're going to run into them on here. They really aren't that big of a deal. Most of them talk rude but are relatively harmless. If there's one person in particular that bothers you, you can block them. (To block someone, click on their avatar, and their profile will come up. You'll see a red circle with a line through it and the message "block user". Click on that, and it will make it so the person can't read or answer your questions or see any of your information.)

Trolls are just people who like to be mean, nasty and rude just to be that way, don't answer their questions and block them, move your cursor over their name and a profile box will pop up at the bottom is a button to block them you can also report them if you want at the bottom of questions and answers is a report button for abuse.

Just try to learn to recognize a troll and then ignore them. Don't let them get to you and don't give them the attention they are looking for. It is best to ignore them.
