Please be nice, I am a beginner at driving and a ding-bat airhead is teaching me how to drive because noone else will. I took a driver's test and failed the things she never taught me.(her excuse was "I skipped that part because I felt you weren't comfortable learning that and I didn't know they'd dock u for that")

Anyway where is the blind spot when driving? Do you look directly out the left window or over your shoulder and out? Thanks

I just moved to NYC and got out of a relationship only 2 months ago. I am not into having a serious relationship, although I have two guys I just met in my life who I go out with and enjoy spending time with frequently. One of them seems to be really into me, showing plenty of affection and making plans with me to do things days/weeks in advance. Maybe I have led him on...... What am I suppose to do now? I just want everything to be really casual because I am not into having a relationship with anyone right now. Guys opinion? Girls opinion? How do you keep things casual when the other person wants to take it past that? (even if kisses and hugs were already exchanged)....

When Jesus spoke of the rapture, He said two shall be in the field, one shall be taken and the other left. He also said, He comes as a thief in the night. The rapture will occur as a twinkling of the eye (fast)..but Jesus knew that some areas it would be night and other areas it would be day. I know some might discount this as figurative speaking..but I think Jesus knew..how about you?

anyone have any tips on teaching a teenager who has just started to learn to swim on getting basic movements right and then making their way to the deep end?

I am 30 and no cell phone. I know people over the age of say 60 who still do not have a cell phone. But what about anyone between 20 and 50. I say stand up and enjoy not being reached at every second of the day.

I've been doing a LOT of commuting on my motorcycle around Boston recently, and here are the things that have been driving me crazy:

1. other bikers who don't think the rules of the road apply to them (I HATE when they ride up the line between stopped traffic, I'm waiting for one of these grumpy Boston drivers to see them coming in the rearview and open his door...not that I want that, but it just seems like a matter of time)

2. The insane number of SUVs on the road. I can't see over them or around them and there are so many that I'm frequently boxed in by them with no visibility.

3. I know this will raise a debate, but... states without helmet laws. I know everyone has their opinions, but the sight of a person's head literally busted all over the pavement stays with you.

4. (for similar reasons) bikers in shorts, flipflops, shirtless, etc. Honestly guys, FLIP FLOPS? If you had to put your foot down fast, you'd have no foot left!

What is your list? (no non-riders please)
