Here's the situation:
wife and i bought a house. A family member invested half the money with us. We live in the house, pay the mortgage.

Anyway, now the family member is trying to force us to sell the house because she needs the money back. We bought only 3 years ago and would lose money if sold right now at market value because of the realtor/selling fees.

Question: if we agree to sell, can we continually refuse offers that would sell at a loss, or can we be legally forced to sell despite an offer at a loss?

How can you make sure that the church you are attending is biblical.

If all of the churches can interpret the bible in a certain light how then can you be sure that you are going to the right one.

Second is the first question really a big deal. As long a sa church believes that Christ is the only way to salvation is that ok.

All other points of Dogma would be just style and substance as the core is the same.

am I right in thinking this and again how can an individual claim to have absolute truth when others with different views claim the same.

My husband is a wonderful man that works hard & likes to be out in nature. Recently, a friend came up w/ idea of a 4 day camping trip down some river & "roughing" it. I don't want to go (4 DAYS!! I'll go camping, but not for 4 days w/ out shower, phone, etc.....) However, he still wants to go & aside from a little wife worry & no phone, I normally wouldn't mind. The problem is that the friends' girlfriend wants to go & I think she a little crush on my husband. I've explained to him nicely, that I don't feel comfortable w/ him going w/out me. I don't think he'd cheat! We have a stable loving marriage, I just don't trust this other girl....never have.
The situation is obvious......her man doesn't have a job, has gained a lot of weight recently & in my eyes, I would never give the time of day to. On other hand, my husband is in a stable marriage w/ a career & quite more handsome. Do I let him go or am I in the right to say no???

I live in Arkansas, and a few days ago, I saw a report on the local news in which a crazy woman had caused a Greyhound bus to skid off of a highway into a wooded area by going up to the driver and grabbing the steering wheel. According to the news reports, some of the passengers had to go to local hospitals for treatment of MINOR injuries. However, just yesterday, I met an emergency worker who had worked with some of the injured passengers. He told me that some of the passengers' injuries were more severe than the news reports let on, but if the news sources had reported this, then it would have hurt Greyhound's business. Whom can we trust to give us the right information?

I was driving along and I saw a "First Church of the Christadelphians" (why are they always the FIRST church?) and it occured to me that as ignorant as I am at what most of you (the greater Christian community) believe, this is something that completely escapes me. So, if there are any on here, or if you know one, who are you (they) and what do you (they) believe?

...I couldn't disagree more with that myth. I always have found the majority of NYers to be helpful, friendly, and proud of their city.

Are they rushed? They have to be, they're a busy people.

Are they cautious? They have to be, we're not talking about Oz here.

Are they open-minded? Well, in a city that attracts people from 170 different nations, speaking just as many, if not more, languages and dialects, why wouldn't you be?

Do they help their fellow human beings in times of dyer need? NYers seem to be among the first to do so.

I live in middle America (Kentucky) and I believed the whole "New York rude" myth UNTIL I visited. Now, I want to thank NYers for your gift to the world: Your great city!

Here is the story.. Both my wife and I work and have own health insurance plans though companies. I planned to switch her to my plan during the open enrollment in August as mine offers better benefits and it would be effective from September 1. Now, we just learned that my wife is 4-week pregnant. Will we have any trouble claiming for the pregnancy-related bills from my health insurance provider (Blue Cross Blue Shield) after the switch? Another question is that, the first doctor's visit is coming up in a few weeks. Could my wife use her insurance for the first visit, then use my insurance after the switch for subsequent visits as well as the baby delivery? Thanks!
