Yeah and what's with the cheese/meat tray? I think with honey baked ham, swedish meat balls, hamburgers/hot dogs.. and sausages the meat is well covered....

Sounds good. Only addition I would make is maybe some more little snack things. People tend to like to pick on different things if they are just hanging out at a party. You menioned taco dip with chips. . Maybe serve two or three different types of dip. Oh, and if there are going to be kids there make sure to have a nice big fruit punch available! And bottles of water. . . . .Portions sound fair though. Remember, you can always give out leftovers, so better to get more than not have enough. (Then again, try to get a more definite idea of the number of guests, 50-100 is a little broad) Good luck!

I would say not even close. The last thing you want to do is not have enough food, as that is what everyone will remember. You might be okay with the beans and 2 of the salads, but I would double up on the most popular salad ? potato salad. I would double up the meats, and triple the amount of meatballs and sausage. Sorry, but that's what I would do. Hope this helped!

I think you need a little more meat, also snacks, and cheese and crackers. I would add one more pasta salad and bottle water, If it is hot many will eat more of the salad type foods.

Also you forgot dessert how could you forget desserts, make it something simple, brownies, cookies ect just something your guests and pick up and munch on.

It never hurts to have to much food, there is nothing worse then not having enough and guests stopping at mc donalds on they way home

i would add cheese/pepperoni tray with crackers

you should probly double up on the meat. that's not alot at all-
most burgers are 1/2 lbs each. so that gives you only 20 burgers or even if you do 1/4 burgers that's only 40. some ppl can pull down 2-3 burgers each. same with dogs- some can eat 2-3 or more.

You should try to offer a pasta or veggie main dish.

This is for a 3 and 1 year old? It's way too much. The 1 year old wont know what's going on and the 3 year old wont remember. I would reserve an expensive party like this for much later in life.

Don't forget your drinks. I would have more chicken and maybe a few more burgers. You can always send guests home with food if you have too much, but nothing sucks more than not enough food. throw in corn on the cob, they are cheap.
