well i work at a hair salon, and you COULD dye it pretty much the next day, but not with optimum results. Your best bet is to wait it out 2 weeks and then get it professionally done.

Make sure before you get it done professionally that you get all the hair products out of your hair, like conditioners, cremes, gels, sprays, etc. These will interfere with the dyeing process. I'd shampoo my hair a bunch of times in the morning, then wait until the afternoon for my appt., since if you get your hair dyed right after you thoroughly shampoo it, your hair will be in a weakened condition. It needs some hours to get the natural oils back in.

The box of the home hair dye should tell you how many weeks to wait in between dying. It is usually 4-8 weeks.

However, I would call your professional (where you want to get it dyed) and ask them their opinion.

You can go right away to a salon. Salon hair color and products will be better on your hair then the over the counter color. Just be sure to tell your hair stylist what products you have in your hair so they can achieve what you want. If your hair is in to poor of condition they will let you know. Then you will need to do conditioning treatments before recoloring.

No. youll damage your hair. You need to wait at least two weeks in between dye jobs. But be sure to inform your beautician of your home dye job first.

Go to your hair dresser and ask her. it all depends on your own hair. people are going to give you like 2 weeks, 1 month answers, but without seeing and testing your hair we cant be sure
