Fried with bacon, onions, mushrooms, garlic, parsley & paprika. Pint of gravy added and the trick is to add a good glug of milk to take away any bitterness. Simmer for 15 or so minutes then serve with creamed potatoes.

Dip the liver in seasoned flour and fry in a heavy based frying pan when its cooked remove the liver and deglaze the pan with some balsamic Vinegar add some boiling water and a stock cube to make a liver gravy. Serve the liver with Mashed Potato and vegetables and pour over the gravy and serve

I cooked liver for the first time the other day. I had no idea how so I just put a bunch of onions with it and put it on the stove. Turned out ok.

I wouldn't like to eat "my" liver; but if you are talking about eating liver of the animal persuasion; calf's liver is great floured, fried a little, then smothered with gravy and onions ... hmmmm

omg i was starting to think i was the only one who ate liver anymore. And everyones way of cooking it looks so yummy to bad noone in my house will eat it but me :(
