If servers would REREAD what they hopefully wrote down(the customer's order) they would be able to at least bring me the OBVIOUS things correct such as anything that is missing or an entree that is wrong or a side dish. It seems like they'd rather not care about their tip and just bring it. I understand they are busy, but their tip is on the line, so I DO NOT GET WHY they don't feel their FUTURE TIP is an "INCENTIVE" to get the order as right as they possibly can as long as they don't have to touch my food to see the problem. Like just last saturday, substituted cheddar cheese for bleu cheese on a burger with a side of ranch for my fries. We were the only customers, because it was in the middle of the day in a small restaurant. Our waiter comes to the table with an OPEN-FACED burger with the OBVIOUS CHUNKS OF BLEU CHEESE(it's obvious it's NOT orange color, that it's WHITE) and NO ranch on my plate. Sorry, but 12% is what he deserved due to an apology. 10% for no apology.
