ha ha ha! NO DEFINITELY NOT!

I got my nails done for the Sr. Prom and for my College Graduation pictures. I had a paper due a few days after my pictures were taken. I spent $80 on doing this special air brush gel thing on my nails, and ripped them all off the next day because I could not type. It makes me crazy, but I rather be able to work than look perfect. Looking perfect as a teacher, does not get you the most money etc.

Oh I can, mine are almost 2 inch's long and no troubles at all, use the very tip of the nails, when I have troubles is when I break one off or have them shorter, see many mistakes then..lol
I can also type faster than most even with these long nails..

I can't stand having long fingernails. Typing isn't so bad, it's writing on paper and not being able to hold a pen properly that annoys me. So I keep mine neatly trimmed.

They sell these Gel-like foam rests that add about 3 inches to the arch of your wrists. They run for about 10-20 bucks U.S. , and would give you the clearance needed in order to type comfortably with your long nails.

Mine too! Time to get the file out. Very easy to hit the wrong keys with long nails.

Nway! Once I got a french tip manicure and they were a bit long I couldn't type for like two weeks!

I know it's time to trim mine when I start adding numbers to words! You reach for the R and you get a 4, then it's time to cut them back. Treat yourself to a manicure, girl!
