Why do lesbians in particular insist that women who are bisexual identify as lesbian? I would think if you've been oppressed and discriminated against you would be mindful of doing this to others. Is this to make them feel "more comfortable." I had a lesbian friend say to me recently, "You're in that gray zone." Gray zone? Being bi-sexual means just that. There's no confusion on my part. I was married to a man once, brief , big mistake, but I realized that I'm not the "marrying type." I've also lived with two women.

I am attracted to women and men. I prefer the sisterhood, commonality, spirituality, and social structure of women, irregardless of whom they choose to have sex, partner, live with or love because of my matriarchal upbringing. Men, after a short time, bore me because of their tendency to be one diminisonal and lack of emotional depth. (Generalization? Sorry my experiences)

I always say, "I'm not lesbian, but I'm not exactly straight either."

Ok, I love halloween and I like to make my costume really early. I'm 21 years old, 6ft5in, 220lbs, and hairy. I like to utilize my build for a costume. Last year I was Hagrid and it turned out really great. What could I be for Halloween this year? There's no theme as of yet for the bash. I would prefer it to be an actual character and preferably a horror/dark costume.

Also, no Jason, Michael, or leather face ideas (believe me, I've thought of that)

I have a Corn snake, age and sex unknown (it was a stray if you can believe that!) but it is an adult, about 4 1/2 feet long, and I've had it for about 3 years now. It has always been quite healthy and friendly, but last week I noticed an odd behavior. The snake was moving in fast circles on top of itself and pulsing. It stopped after an hour or so and hasn't done it since or acted weird in any other ways, so I assumed there was nothing wrong with it, but I am curious if anyone knows what was going on?

I'm making bibs, which is a simple pattern of 3 layers of fabric sewn together and turned right side out. I always serge my edges, but I'm wondering if I can skip this step since the edge is going to be inside the bib. If I don't serge it, will it fray and cause a hole when washed over time? I'm using all cotton fabrics: flannel, chenille, and gingham.

Sometimes I think when I am down in the dumps and feeling like the whole world is mis treating me, it makes me physically sick.
Lately, I have been having major aches and pains, headaches , my teeth hurt. I am tired, but when I go to bed, I cannot sleep, or I can go to sleep and then wake up in 1 or 2 hours. I am energyless, I dread going to work or do housework. I dont feel like doing anything except being really despondant about my situation in life right now. On the other hand, I think I may have viral symptoms. My upper jaw bones hurt.
I dont want to talk about it to my physician or discuss it with my family out of shame. What should I do?
PS: I had this really bloody dental cleaning about 3 weeks ago and my teeth hurt really bad afterwards to the point I almost could not eat. Now my upper teeth are sensitive to cold and hurt, so that may be legitimate pain.
Hope you dont think I am nuts

My wife has a new found fascination with the castrotto (17th century boys who were castrated to keep there voices prepubescent for singing purposes) She has been reading a book (Anne Rice), talking about, studing and possibling writing a book in which revolves around them and their struggles. Should I be worried?

There were three old black ladies getting ready to take a plane across the ocean.
The first lady said, "I don't know bout y'all,
but I'm going to wear me some hot pink panties before I gets on that plane."
"Why you going to wear them for?" the other two asked.
The first replied,
"Cause, if that plane goes down and I'm out dare laying butt-up in a cornfield,
they going to find me *** first."
The second lady says, "Well, I'm going to wear me some fluorescent orange panties."
"Why you going to wear them ?" the others asked.
The second lady answered:
"Cause if this here plane is going' down and I'm floating butt-up in the ocean,
they can see me *** first."
The third old lady says, "Well, I'm not going to wear any panties....."
" What? No panties?!" the others said in disbelief.
"that's right, you heard me. I'm not wearing any panties,"
the third lady said, "cause if this plane goes down, honey,
they always look for the black box first.

"In car batteries, 6.0 M sulfuric acid is used. If you purchase 18.0 M sulfuric acid, how could you dilute the concentrated acid to get the right molarity if you needed 2.0 liter of the 6.0 M battery acid?"

The calculation:
(2 liters) x (6.0M / 18.0M) = 0.67 L of 6.0M sulfuric acid.

So,
You add 0.67 L of 18.0M sulfuric acid into a flask, add water until the solution is 2L.

Okay, my problem is that I don't understand the calculation. Where does the "(6.0 M / 18.0 M)" come from / what is the reasoning behind everything?

Thanks in advance!
